We're proud that orders over R700 are shipped free* within South Africa.
*Free shipping for all orders over R700 in major centres. (Major centres are: Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, East London, George, Johannesburg, Kimberley, Nelspruit, Polokwane, Port Elizabeth, Pretoria).
R65 standard shipping for all orders under R700 in major centres. Receive within 3-5 business days.
R120 express shipping for all orders under R700 in major centres. Receive within 2 business days.
- Express shipping applicable Monday – Thursday. Orders need to be placed by 12pm.
- All express shipping orders placed Friday – Sunday to be delivered by close of the following Tuesday.
Additional R125 for all Power Stations, Plots, Farms and Remote Areas

You will receive your order within 2-5 working days. Please note, incorrect shipping info may cause delays.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link as soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse so that you can follow your package while it's on the road!
Can I provide a PO Box address for delivery?
We unfortunately need you to provide us with a physical address where someone will be present to sign for the order, this is a requirement of our courier service to ensure your parcel gets to you safely.

Due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges on underwear unless faulty. For all other styles, we accept returns & exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the garment has not been worn and is returned in its original condition.Â
The cost of returning the item(s) is free. If you would like to arrange a return or exchange, please contact us.
Returns and exchanges to and from areas other than main centres will incur a surcharge of the following:
Regional Areas: R125.00;Â Power Stations/Plots/Farms: R195.00;Â Remote Areas & Townships: R295.00;Â Consulates: R395.00
*Free returns and exchanges are limited to one occurrence per order.
