1. Browse the products by using the top navigation menu bar. 
2. Add the items you would like to purchase to your Shopping Cart by selecting the product size, colour and quantity first. 
3. Once you've filled your basket with your lovely eco-wear selections and are ready to place your order, click "Checkout" and you will find a summary of your order. 
4. Complete your billing and shipping address information and add a promo or gift voucher code if you have one. 
5. Continue to Shipping Method, then to Payment Method - this will provide multiple payment options. Select the one you'd like to use and confirm whether your billing address and shipping address are the same. 
6. Once you've placed your order and made payment, you will be taken to a confirmation page. A confirmation message will be sent to your provided email address following your order. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a second email containing your tracking link so that you can keep updated on the status of your order.

We use the local service provider PayFast to process our online payments and accepts payments using Visa and Mastercard. PayFast also offers an instant EFT payment option. We also offer PayJustNow.

We unfortunately need you to provide us with a physical address where someone will be present to sign for the order, this is a requirement of our courier service to ensure your parcel gets to you safely.

If you'd like to make a purchase for someone, please make sure to update the shipping address at checkout to the gift recipient's address, you can also send them a personalised note on our very special grow cards. Bamboo is naturally eco-friendly, wonderful to wear, resilient, superbly soft and healthy for even the most sensitive skin. We strive to maintain our stock levels in line with demand. However, from time to time we may become out of stock of a certain product. If one of our products is out of stock and you would like us to notify you when it is available, please Contact Us with the product name, size and colour you are looking for.

We take every measure to ensure that our production standards are both ethical and quality assured. We know you're going to love your Boody but if for any reason you have any issues, please lodge a return by completing the web form highlighted under the Creating Your Return or Exchange heading.

We spent many months searching for factories globally with the rights skills and equipment required to create Boody products, but also meet our strong requirements for sustainable production and ethical manufacturing. We now work closely with a number of manufacturers in China, close to the plantations of the organic bamboo crops we use to make our viscose yarn.

The wellbeing of our workers is extremely important to us at Boody. Our factories are accredited by Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production (WRAP) to guarantee and promote lawful, human and ethical conditions for workers in the textile industry. You can read more about WRAP certification here.

We are passionate about having the lowest possible environmental footprint for both our garments and supply chain, and continuously re-assess our processes. 

Sustainability 
We are committed to producing high-quality products, with a focus on sustainable materials and practices. Our bamboo is EcoCert certified, which means that Boody's bamboo is grown organically using no fertilisers or pesticides, and without any irrigation - just rainwater. 

Our Process 
When it comes to the production process, our yarn is man-made and therefore the fabric is termed a "viscose" and we label all our garments and packaging accordingly. A chemical solution is used in the manufacturing process, however there are no residual chemicals remaining in the fabric after this process. Our yarn is Oeko-Tex 100 certified and carries the "Confidence in Textiles" accreditation which verifies that the finished fibre has been tested for any chemicals or toxins that may be harmful. This process ensures that the finished garment contains no trace of chemicals that pose any health threat. This global standard is issued Oeko-Tex (International Association for Research and Testing in the Field of Textile Ecology, with headquarters in Zurich, Switzerland. Oeko-Tex is a globally recognised program for testing textile raw materials at all stages of production. 

Workers Conditions 
We ensure that each of our manufacturing facilities have WRAP certification which accredits our factories as offering safe and legal working conditions. Our production facilities do not use child labour, do not discriminate, comply with all environmental regulations, pay fair wages and respect workers rights and most importantly do not tolerate exploitation or discrimination. Environmental Management 
Our factories also have ISO 14000 Certification which means they are environmentally aware and recycle all waste and use closed loop systems when dyeing fabric so that no polluted water is released into the environment. In addition, our dyes are low salt and eco-friendly. Our packaging uses recycled paper and our inks are vegetable-based. At Boody, we believe that the vast array of environmental benefits of the bamboo crop as well as the unique properties of the fabric itself are beneficial to both the environment and all of us who inhabit it. We constantly attempt to improve our environmental performance and are passionate and committed to making our world a better, healthier place.

Our accredited manufacturing partners have been selected wisely after a long and careful process to ensure that our values and ethics are translated throughout the entire production process. We looked for factories that have a long term commitment to quality, the wellbeing of their workers and who can also guarantee a reduced footprint on the environment. While hand washing is ideal, a gentle machine wash and spin is best to preserve the original aspect of our Padded Shaper Crop Bra. We do not suggest tumble drying as the heat will break down any elastics and can simply cause dimpling in your padding. For these reasons, we also recommend that you take out removable padding before washing.

We recommend a warm machine wash with similar colours, using gentle bio-degradable detergent, followed by drying in the shade. If you need to tumble dry, please use the lowest setting, or set to 'delicates'. Iron on a low setting, do not dry clean. You can follow our washing and drying instructions indicated on the product labels or directly printed inside our garments.
