We take every measure to ensure that our production standards are both ethical and quality assured. We know you're going to love your Boody, but if for any reason you aren't satisfied with the comfort, size, or fit, you can return an item so long as it meets our Returns & Exchanges Policy below. Boody is most accommodating in terms of sizing but please check our size chart prior to purchasing if you are unsure, feel free to contact us and our team will happily assist you.

Returns and Exchange Policy

You can return any item (except Underwear, Socks and ladies' Bodysuits) within 30 days of purchase, if the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging. For health & hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened Underwear . (Underwear includes all Women's Briefs, Bikinis, G-Strings, Shorts, Shapewear, and Period & Leak-proof Underwear, as well as all Men's Boxers, Briefs, and Trunks), except in the case of a faulty garment, in which case we will organise an immediate replacement sent to you free of charge. We will, however, accommodate a return or exchange for unopened underwear in the case of first-time purchases based on size uncertainties. All returns are inspected by our QC Team, and we reserve the right to refuse returns on any item that does not meet acceptable hygiene standards, as per our policy. We kindly ask to please try on items while not wearing makeup, perfume, or beauty products that can leave marks or scents, as this could cause the item to be non-returnable. Your refund/credit/exchange will only be processed once we receive the return and it has been inspected by our QC team.

All returns/exchanges inquiries will be responded to by our Customer Support team by using the Returns/Exchanges form. In the event you have incorrectly ordered products/sizes we will gladly assist - just get in touch! Return requests for exchanges are processed free of charge, while return requests for refunds will incur a R99.95 fee deducted from the refund to cover the cost of sending the item(s) back to us using our return label. The shipping cost on orders under our free shipping threshold is non-refundable. Free exchanges are limited to one occurrence per order. If an item(s) is returned but no exchange is taken and the value of the remaining items purchased is below the free shipping threshold, the cost of the initial courier (currently R99.95) will be deducted from the refund amount on the returned item. Please note that products bought on our online store cannot be returned/exchanged at one of our stockist locations nor can we accept returns/exchanges for products purchased through one of our stockists.

Sale/Promotion/Marked Downs/Discontinued Range: There are no refunds on Sale/Promotion/Marked down items or items purchased from our Discontinued Range (unless the item is faulty). Exchanges on sale/promotion/ discontinued items are only permitted for a different size of the same garment (not colour or style). During Sale/Promotion periods, if a size is not available for exchange, then a voucher will be issued. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the exchange item to our offices and we will cover the cost of getting the replacement item back to the customer. The same criteria in terms of condition and hygiene applies in these instances.

Refunds on orders that were paid for using PayJustNow will have a charge of 5.5% deducted from the refund amount, those that were paid using "MasterPass", "Scan to Pay", "Zapper" or "Auto EFT" will have 3.75% deducted from the refund amount and those that were paid using ApplePay or GooglePay will have 2.76% deducted from the refund amount. Returns and exchanges to and from Power Stations / Plots / Farms / Remote Areas / Townships / Embassies / Consulates (as defined by the courier company) will incur a surcharge of R300.00. Please note that it will take on average 5-7 working days to receive your refund (depending on your bank).
