Mindfully made and crafted in breathable organically grown bamboo, our women’s pyjamas are soft, simple and sustainable. Organically grown bamboo is highly breathable and comfy, making it perfect for garments that sit close to the skin. Love the soft feel

Love the dress bought it in three colours.

I really love these dresses and I don’t sleep in anything else. However my red dress has started pilling. The dress is less than a year old. I am feeling very dissappointed especially as the brand advertises being sustainable and long lasting. I wash my dresses in a wash bag on cold. Any advice?

We are sorry to read that you have had a less than ideal experience with your Ruby Slip Sleep Dress. We craft all of our products with care and consideration so we were equally disappointed as you to receive your feedback.

While we are saddened to hear how our products have performed, we thought it was worth noting that small piling or fuzzing is a characteristic of natural fibres (from wool to cashmere and bamboo). This is due to the nature of the yarn and unfortunately is uncontrollable. We do acknowledge that while undesirable, pilling/fuzzing is something that can occur but also is easily removed (check out this handy link from https://www.wikihow.com/Remove-Pilling-From-Clothing) but doesn’t affect the overall fit, feel, and comfort of the garment.

Would you kindly be able to send through the batch number of the garment? This can be found as a six-digit code starting with 2, printed on the back of the garment which should start with BATCH#

Product faults are uncommon and as a resolution and once we have the above info we can look at a suitable resolution with you.
