• HOW MANY PAIRS OF PERIOD UNDERWEAR SHOULD I BUY FOR EACH CYCLE? 

It really depends on how you use them with your cycle. If you use them exclusively, we would suggest 5-7 pairs of period underwear in a cycle.

• HOW OFTEN SHOULD I REPLACE MY PERIOD UNDERWEAR?

If you take good care of your period underwear, during and after you use them, by washing them in a cold wash and line drying them. They should last for up to 20 washes.

• HOW DO I WASH PERIOD UNDERWEAR?

1. Rinse your period underwear in cold water as soon as you can after removal and rinse until the water starts to run clear.
2. Wash in a washbag (this is not essential but will help your underwear last longer).
3. Wash on a cold cycle - max up to 30 degrees.
4. Line Dry only - we recommend drying in the sun if you can, sunlight has natural anti-microbial properties that are good for your undies.
5. Hold the softener - fabric softener is your period undies worst enemy - it leaves a "water-proof" film on textiles that can counteract the naturally absorbing properties of your period undies.
